Expedition

For the vast majority of items ordered on arius.dk, the delivery time is 2-5 working days. Should an item be backordered, a message will be sent via e-mail or you will be contacted by telephone as soon as possible.

All prices on arius.dk are listed in DKK incl. VAT All prices are daily prices and are updated continuously.

We reserve the right for typing errors, price changes and out-of-stock items.

Payment
At arius.dk you can pay with the following payment cards free of charge: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and American Express. We accept MobilePay on the webshop and in store. You can also pay via Anyday on the webshop.

Asks
Packages are sent with GLS, and the price for shipping appears during the order in relation to your delivery address and the size of the order. Some items may fall outside the stated rates. This applies to particularly heavy or large shipments. We ship orders over DKK 500 free of charge.

We would like to point out that goods to countries outside Denmark will be subject to applicable freight, contact us if necessary. for info. Goods to non-EU countries are subject to customs clearance. This will be charged separately when the order is placed.

If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged freight, both for shipping to you and return to us.

In addition, the following applies:
14 days full right of return and right of exchange from the day the goods are received. In the case of goods with printing or custom-made goods, the right of return is waived.

The goods are exchanged by sending them back to Aríus, or handing them in at the store in Helsingør. The item must be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when received. The individual item must be returned in its original packaging. The original packaging is a significant part of the product's value and is thus decisive for whether we can sell the product as new to another customer.

Return postage is always paid by the customer, the package must be sent to the address in Nærum, and must not be sent to a parcel shop, if they are sent to a parcel shop, the parcel will not be collected. We pay postage for the exchanged item to the same address as the first item was ordered. If the item is to be sent to another address, contact us about this. Fill in the return form that comes with the item, and fill in which item you want the exchange for or possibly the money back. 
If you no longer have the return form, a receipt or copy of the order confirmation must be sent with the return item on which the order number is written.

The purchase can be canceled by transfer to GLS, by refusal of receipt or sent back. Please note, however, that free shipping is hereby waived, and the return amount is set off.

If you wish to return your item, or exchange it for another size, the item must be sent to the following address (not parcel shop)

Complaint
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint after the item has been received, which means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified.

Complaints are also sent to the above address in Nærum (not the parcel shop), with a note about what you want to complain about, as well as a copy of the receipt. If the package is sent to the parcel shop, it will NOT be picked up. Return postage is always paid by the customer, and we provide return postage for you.
