🌟 Team PH riders 🌟

We are proud to be able to present the following team riders on our team. All riders ride with PH saddle and bridle, and ride competitions on higher level Icelandic horses:

Mille Kyhl - Denmark

Mille has ridden all her life and is a trained rider, trainer and riding instructor at Hólar University in Iceland. She lives in Odsherred from where she also has a training stable, teaching and stud.
Mille has participated in several DMs on different horses, as well as NM and this summer rode to Landsmót for the stud Þjóðólfshaga 1 v. Say Say. In 2025, she will show herself on the tracks on her new stallion Herakles frá Þjóðólfshaga 1, which was shown at the Landsmót this summer, and in her evaluation got an impressive 10 for pass.
Mille's goal is to breed horses to top delicious riding horses and show them on the tracks.
Herakles must be trained for competitions on the oval track and the pass track in the sport and will start spring 2025 with new lines in breeding, as well as new exciting goals on the tracks with Mille.

Ditte Søeborg - Denmark
Ditte has many achievements in her rucksack, as a young rider she participated 5 times in the national team, won a DM 10 times, won a bronze medal at the NM, silver at the WC 2007 and won the world championships in 2011. She was named rider of the year in DI in 2012. Ditte became Zealand champion in 2022 on Kristall from Hákoti and Zealand champion on Baltasar from Korpu in 2024.

Jeanette Holst Gohn & Henrik Gohn - Denmark
Jeanette Holst Gohn and Henrik Gohn pursue their passion from their small country house in Midtsjælland. They both work independently in addition to their passion for training Icelandic horses. Henrik has ridden Icelanders since 1981 and Jeanette started with the Icelanders in 2002. They have both won medals at the DM and ridden on the national team several times in both the tölt, pas and geedingakeppni disciplines. Most recently, Jeanette became Denmark's champion in 2024 and Nordic champion in 2024. The married couple are among the best non-professional riders in Denmark. Jeanette has ridden DM on 11 different horses and qualified even more over the last 14 years. The goal for the couple is to continue to develop themselves and the horses and showcase them on the competition tracks.

Andrea Isager Lindberg - Denmark
Andrea is a dedicated team rider who has been riding since she was just 5 years old, and today, as a 17-year-old, she is still riding at a high level since 2021. Her impressive competition successes include the title as 2-time Danish Champion, a silver medal at the Nordic Championships in 2024 as well as several titles as East Jutland Champion and North Jutland Champion Master of the horse, Þrymur frá Álfhólum, which testifies to her talent and dedication. Andrea's goal is to continue to develop her skills and continue to do well in top level competitions.

Mathilde Mehlsen - Denmark
Mathilde is a passionate team rider who has been riding since she was 2 years old and on Icelandic horses since she was 6 years old. Together with her family, she has her own stable, where they breed a few good horses, which they ride and train themselves. Over the past 10 years, Mathilde has started countless competitions on really many different horses. She has achieved her best event results together with the horse Taktur, where T1 is their best discipline. Here they have received absolute top marks and are right at the top among young riders with an average of 7.28. Mathilde's goal is to continue to develop as a rider, to be at the top level and to develop the next generation of horses from her own breeding.

Vanessa d'Andrade Dreisig - Denmark
Vanessa is both a team rider and has worked at Aríus since 2018, and was a team rider long before she was hired. Vanessa has been riding Icelanders since she was a child and competitions on many different horses over time, the first competition was in the year 2000. Vanessa is very geeky and passionate about everything to do with Icelandic horses, together with her Icelandic horse Gná they ride competitions on A level . Vanessa loves being able to combine her work with her long-standing hobby, as well as develop the many ideas she gets in everyday life with the Icelandic horse, into quality products that others can also enjoy, in the Aríus shop. Best results are many times club champion in the Dyrdilmyri club, winner of the ice horse league, Hedeland champion several times, and Zealand champion. Qualified for DM several times on different horses.

Martin Eliasen & Anne Bols Zeuthen - Denmark Anne and Martin live just outside Aarhus. Together they have Stald Lyng, where they both have a handful of good riding horses and also breed for future trips on the oval tracks. The mare Vala frá Sólvangi has taken her last round on the oval track together with Martin. While they have been competing on the tracks, Anne and Martin have had good success in making embryo offspring on her and already have 6 offspring after her, which they both expect a lot from. Hopefully, there will be a lot of wonderful offspring after Vala on the tracks in the future.

Sabina Swärd - Sweden

Beatrice von Bodungen-Thelin - Sweden

Beatrice is a passionate team rider who lives south of Malmö in Sweden. She has ridden pretty much her whole life and together with her horse Hördur frá Varmadal has many competition merits. Among other things, gold in V1 and T2 at the Swedish Championships, both as a young rider and as a senior, as well as gold in V1 and four-time combination at the Nordic Championships as a young rider. Beatrice is 23 years old and 2025 will be her third year as a senior. The goal is to continue competing at a high level and to continue developing, now also with her new young horse Atlas from Ormarsstödum.

Freija Thye - Germany
In southern Bavaria, Freija lives with her husband and their dog Hank Moody. Here, Freija runs a training stable, and 1-2 foals are bred per year. The breeding goal is to breed good agile riding horses with a good mind and temperament. She teaches at all levels as well as throughout Europe, even in the USA. In addition, she has 2 competition horses: Seifur vom Lipperthof, as a 4-goer, where among this year was Bavarian champion in T1 2024 offered a personal best result with Seifur both in T1 and V1 on respectively. 7.77 and 7.23. Hilmir vom Bergland, a talented 5th grader. The goal for 2025 is to continue to ride and develop own breeding, as well as continue the good development on the event tracks from 2024 with Seifur and Hilmir.
