Aríus is run by James Hughes, colloquially Jim, who is a highly trained saddle maker with more than 25 years of experience in the saddle making industry. Jim's work thus lives up to the highest standards in the field of selling and fitting saddles. Vanessa has ridden Icelandic horses since she was a child, and has over 20 years of experience as a competitive rider at all levels, and has a broad knowledge of riding equipment. You are welcome to seek guidance from her about Aríus products.

Aríus is a further development of the company, Jim's saddlery, which is known, among other things, for the PH (Park Hall) saddles. Jim experienced, in his daily life as a saddle maker, that his customers showed great interest in being able to buy more than saddles from him, and over the years began to trade accessories for horses and riders. This gave birth to Aríus, which is an innovative small specialist shop that stands out, with selected goods for the Icelandic horse and rider.

Jim is known among riders and horse professionals for his high ethics and honesty in the saddlemaking profession. The right solution for you and your horse is always the highest goal. Jim has today qualified as a City and Guilds level three Saddle Maker (highest possible qualification).

In addition, Jim drives around the whole of Denmark approx. every fortnight and can be ordered for a saddle test/check and can take the other equipment you want to look at. Send an SMS to 40681056.

You can arrange a visit where you bring your horse to our showroom in North Zealand, Borsholmvej 39A, 3000 Helsingør, if you want to try a lot of different PH saddles on your horse. Here there is both a dressage track and an oval track. Contact Jim for more on this.
