WHAT IS IONIC AND HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Ionic is negative ion therapy using treated tourmaline print, as seen by the dots on the inside of the material. The negative ions are air molecules with a negative charge, and in this case, this electrical charge comes from crushing the natural crystal, tourmaline, into powder.
