SadelPad Islænder Contact is positioned right between the thin, airy Islænder Sport and the extremely pressure-relieving slightly thicker version of our Icelandic pads, the Komfort models. This pad provides a bit more pressure distribution and better breathability than the Sport models. The horse's back can swing better without pressure, without the rider's seat losing closeness to the horse. Suitable for all types of horses and ponies that need more freedom of movement for their back and shoulder muscles.

SadelPad Islænder Contact provides the rider with a very close connection to the horse, allowing the rider to easily feel the horse and communicate with the seat. Nevertheless, the horse experiences maximum pressure relief and thus more freedom of movement. The wave-shaped quilting ensures that the pad remains in shape, even during large movements. The cut-out at the front protects the sensitive shoulder cartilage. The "Sensitive" underside is particularly soft, absorbs a lot of moisture, and has special capillary properties. In conjunction with the 3D core, it ensures optimal air conditioning, in other words, a "good climate under the saddle."

Contact is the most versatile model among our Pads. They provide horses and ponies with better freedom of movement. Sport, Contact, and Komford are all particularly good for pressure distribution and breathability. The 3 versions of QUITTPAD^® refer to the extent to which the padding is breathable and pressure-distributing. Normal 16”, 16.5" and Cob sizes correspond to our 560mm sizes
